Introduction
To test the performance of Motor controller and motor according to the requirement of vehicle motor, provide accurate and reliable test chart and data, test the power performance, efficiency characteristic and safety protection function of electric drive system, the performance of the electric drive system is evaluated, and the vehicle motor control strategy is studied by simulating the actual working condition of the vehicle.
The function of motor test bench:

2. Through the control output module, the voltage signal can be output to the controller to control the motor speed and torque;
3. It can test the specific working point of the motor.
4. The system can display the voltage, current, input power, torque, speed, output power, and efficiency of the motor in real-time.
5. It can alarm the upper and lower limits of current, voltage, torque, and speed respectively, and the alarm value can be set arbitrarily.
6. The test data can be stored continuously or selected according to the user's wishes.
7. In the mode of "point selection measurement", the collected data and curves can be displayed in real-time.
8. The test results can be used to draw the curves of speed current, voltage, torque, power, and efficiency.
9. The curve of time speed, current, voltage, torque, power, and efficiency can be drawn from the test results.
